looks interesting, have you found it works well?

Works a treat for me. It does make the cabin feel slightly smaller since it encroaches on your leg room. Usually when I'm not using it, I store it in the door card pocket and when I need to hold a delicious chocolate frappe I clip it on and enjoy a spill free trip.

Also the clip portion of the cup holder is lined with rubber to grip onto the door card pocket to prevent any movement. Here is a few more photos just showing how it sits in the cabin and how it stores away when not in use.

Give them an Acetone vapor bath to give them a smooth and glossy finish.

I honestly love the aesthetic of each layer and the matte finish ties into the interior so well. In earlier versions I tried the acetone vapor bath but didn't get good results. Either the edges got squished, clip deformed and while the surface was smooth to touch it looked rippled on the verticals. The best result I achieved was just to sand with 100-1200 grit and plastic polish for a nice sheen but the time invested was not worth it.
