Looks very nice. Great to see an engine bay completely clear to see what can be changed if required. Looks like you can really fit a decent cooler beside the driver if you fabricate ducting to suit.
AS for ATS, I suprised it was delivered within 12 months!
Can you provide more details on the exhaust manifold? Nice unit.

The manifold is a Greddy one that came with the T67. I had to change the flange that bolts to the head because it was off a gen2.

Have you had problems with ATS? I sent them a email to ask if they had them in stock before I brought them. They said the axle cages would be two weeks and it was about that before they got sent. Did take about 20 days for them to get hear.

this is the response I got about the gasket

"You can port match to the gasket if you want, no harm in that. Check that the gasket matches the intake manifold and head as well. Usually gaskets are slightly oversize so they do not obstruct the port."

Just dont know why they wouldn't make them the right size to start with.

but its ats it must be good. Thats why i bought the stronger cv kit from tcs motorsport. Was here within the week.

It was one of them which was a problem. ATS from memory. After two months I made a claim with my credit card provider. It was then here within a week. Go figure..
Also had delays with Hux regarding alternator bracket. Over two months after payment and three emails and now looking at over 3 months for Lower contol arm links from Southwest. Some people have been waiting for 8 months for their links.
Quite frankly I have lost trust in dealing with the U.S. crew.
Just regarding the spacer, are they really all that useful? As for the adjustments required, I can see that being right as some may have standard ports and other may have modified units.
The car is coming along very nice. I will have to do the same to mine one of these days.

spacer is pretty much only to remove TVIS. The material weakens the transmission of heat but you have several nice big bolts running through anyway.. that and the air actually travels through it aswell.

So phenolic spacers, not a whole lot of good, any spacer, useful for removing tvis.

B24 yours was through TCS (I seen your posts on US site)
I havent really delt much with the US for the rebuild apart from this stuff from ATS and the alt bracket and havent had a problem. The rest has come through Dylan

It only cost $85ish for the gasket (thats all it really is on the gen3)so I thought id give it a go.

Maybe your right about the adjustments. It is 6mm thick so if it was larger than the ports it could cause some flow disruption.

Should be easy enough to port match it. Hope to see it all together soon enough.

What have you done to the fuel system?

I have 800cc sard and a walbro pump. All the lines are stock, not sure if ill replace them yet as im thinking of doing something like the wolfkatz high hp kit and using E85.

wow, that looks fantastic, amazingly clean. is the valve cover same colour as the car?
