Here you go. The body is about 15 mm all around bigger than the previous one but the shell end is much bigger.
 
No worries for clearance as take 2 on the bracket ive moved it closer to the engine by about 1.5 inches as the pulleys will be smaller. There was about 3 inches clearance before so it will be even more now. Horizontal position is the same.
 
 

Design for the Rotrex finished :) All measurements are OK.
The bracket is actually closer to the engine now.
Just waiting for the aluminium to start the job

Today was great ordered my E153 from my local Toyota dealer at under $2,900 !

Im wrapped as it MUCH dearer than that but a friend /manager that works there pulled a few strings.

Now i dont have to worry about shipping etc gettimg it from the States or from my mate in Japan.

Apparently there are none in stock so there is an extra delay of 10 days till they make it

Machining has started today :)

I do have the computer disc with all the CAD file for the bracket. If anyone heads down this route im more than happy to share the disc to anyone after proof that you have bought the SC.

This pictures shows the overlay with the old bracket with the RED being the new one. Slightly taller but closer to the block so more space to the firewall

That seams a pretty good price for the box. I've just priced up bearings syncos and a few other things and it was just over 2g from the USA

States for everything right now is the cheapest by far. Issue with the gear box is the weight and ship only . Its not the kind of part you just pic up.
The turbo axles ive ordered and works out < $800 delivered. That 50% cheaper than here.
I went  on a buying frenzy because the States prices are cheaper and when your dealing with Turbo parts they are even cheaper than the prices in Japan, go figure that one out.

You willing to give more info on the soundproofing you made?

Not as yet as im going thru patent process of manufacture and formulation. Made the mistake 10 years ago and someone ripped me of.........
 
This time ive improved even more  and want to protect the information because it can be used in a lot of industries

Just was going through the Exedy catalog and found something different that i havent seen with all my searching. Its a new clutch for 2012 which in a way combines both ultra fibre organic and metal facing. Has the springs and also cushions also and rated to 500 Hp. Showed my builder today and he gave it the thumbs up. However doesnt list MR2 but will see if it can be done given they have the same flywheel as the Hyper single



To me it looks it has the best part of both designs combined

After many calls looks like the above clutch wont be available for the MR2.

So ill be going with this one. Ceramic button with springs but also with a cushion.
Had a chance to drive one of the shops RX7 with over 550 whp and this clutch and was great :)



This is an Exedy one.

But also there is another company here called Extreme which im 99% sure its the one in my car. They also have locally made flywheel moly and just a tad over the weight of the Toda but half the price and been told its better with the momentum
