As previously said i did change my mind and want the SLM on my TRD steering wheel. Well i had to buy a whole new stalk setup so as the clock would have the necessary pins to allow connection of the SLM when i turned the wheel

New steering column controls so i can use the spiral clock to mount my MoTec SLM and also my TRD wheel

Got another piece today. Housing to hold the MoTec SLM led's ,So i can mount it to the back of the TRD wheel . Thats why i changed the Spring Clock to have the extra wiring to mount the SLM. This way it will turn with the wheel , and closer

Just have to aris the corners, bead blast it then get anodized and mounted.

Crappy weather day today so i decided to put my TRD wheel on. Still waiting the LED bezel to be finished so i just taped it on.
Special thanks to Aaron,Oteck and Bolly for all their help to get all their information and parts.
Firstly i needed the correct plate to mount the spiral clock and then get the correct column covers which ill put on latter.
The one i had had the bottom 2 tabs had one facing forward and the other away

Where as the one needed have to have both face forward

Good time to put the trim arount the base on the cluster on while the wheel is off.
BTW i bought a steering wheel puller to take the old wheel off. It wasnt budging.

Next mount the new clock and stalks. You can see on the clock all the extra pins, enough for my MoTec LED modules and the horn. No cruise on my car.

Wheel on :)

So much better with a 3 spoke absolutely hated the 4 spoke.

I received my Anodized part back :)

Picture from underneath shows how its mounted and the 3mm thread holes so as to mount it tho the back section of the steering panel

Made a template to match the hole locations. This was nerve wrecking with the dremel as i didn't want to slip

Bolted down

In place picture now only to mount and finall i can put all the dash together again after 3 months :)

Next modification.
Gave my spare B-Pipe to my tuner who BTW do build cars, in actual fact they do all the celebrity cars at the F1. They made a jig and built me a new 3 inch B-Pipe, Also to complement it with a high flow metalic Cat.

Ill test fit first then send it of to be ceramic coated

Cat

Compared with the original
Could nudge me to 240 KW's at the wheels now not to mention better breathing up top.
