sorry ..i wouldnt deal with them again after ignoring to my emails. i have got new engine swapped done by them but still gen3 still runs rough at cold start. I have emailed them many times and no answer. so i;ve given up on them as they want nothing to do with it. Ive paid $5500 for this new engine and still not happy with it.

(Sigh)

Have you tried calling them? Email is not their strongest form of communication.

I'd definitely suggest giving them a call. I know they get heaps of emails coming through and phone will be the best form of contact. I've had no issues with Road and Track in the past and found Terry really helpful.

If i remember correctly, they have stated somewhere that they don't always respond to emails as they get hundreds of emails every day. 
 
Best to call if its urgent!

They know I cant talk over the phone due to my deafness. They accepted emails instead. They have responded and updated me of what they're doing to my car at the time via emails. Since I got my car back .....  They stopped emailing me since even I've explained what happened to the cold start. They said its not a part of 3 mths warranty.

Anyway Ive decided to go back to Sydney and hopefully see BD4's in Gladesville and do some work there and possibly get radiator replaced.   I hope BD4's still up and running ??

i have gen 3 3sge engine swapped from gen2 3sge .
Cold start is weird , sometimes it wants to stay at 1000rpm  then other times it stays at 500rpm. I might try and video it and show you guys and let me know whats the problem with it

BD4's closed down a while ago, but Brell has opened another workshop "Boss Tuning" nearby if you must use him
 
There are a few things it could be due to, is it fine once it warms up? If so could be ISCV (or sensor), cold start injector etc, checked for any error codes?

So, obviously not being able to 'call and have a chat' - they communicated well before work done via email?
 
Did you get it back and notice it wasn't right straight away? I can hear ok I guess, can only start to appreciate what it may be like to try and sense how a motor is running by vibration and gauges alone.
 
It would be most unfortunate for a forum sponsor to not stand by the workmanship of his shop. Sure it will be sorted out and reputations shall prove true.
 
I guess thats why Terry and R&T sponsor here - they stand by their work.

Good luck getting it sorted. You can also try Rev Doctor in Hornsby. BD4's is actually still around, but not in the same way that they were before. Brell started Boss & has done work for a few of the guys here.
 
I didn't have the best experiences with Paul (he may have changed). I would recommend Rev Doctor though, quite detailed/thorough with his analysis.
