The one btween the pump and the reg is the feed, the other one is the reg, but the reg is the wrong way round.

P.s I'd add a check valve between the pump and the feed line.

Where's the 'teed' line go/come from?

As per MCT's reply.

Yes, reg is backwards, I lost the indestructions for it about 4 years ago and couldn't remember which way it went :P Thanks for the advice on the check valve, will track one down shortly.

I'm not sure I follow this.

Pump > fuel rails > reg thats where the fuel stops.  Correct?

Its the 3rd fitting throwing me out but I guess this is for the rails and theres more?

Had a car rock up to run on the dyno, fuel pressure gauge wasn't working.....  So I threw a spare I had around on... still no pressure, wtf, traced it all out, FPR was installed backwards...  I thought it was pretty common knowledge that the return came out of the bottom - apparently not!

The 3rd fitting mounts on the fuel cell as the other end of the fuel return. This will probably make more sense to you.

In the returnless setup like knightrous is doing you have the reg somwhere before the fuel rails, and the reg bleeds the excess fuel pressure off before the fuel rail, so the rail has the feed on one side, and the other end is blocked off. Its how a lot of modern cars are done, and you generally see less pulsations in the fuel rail.

Are you going to make a assembly to hold the pump/reg as one unit?

Yes, soon as I work something out, need to grab a mount for the pump before I can get started.

Been a busy afternoon in the shed despite some low temperatures making it a little uncomfortable.
Driveshafts were bolted up and the motor was aligned into place.

With the motor aligned correctly, the intake fits in without touching the rear firewall.

Then it was time to CAD the gearbox mount

Tomorrow I'll try to make some steel versions

LOLLOLOLOLLLLOOOOOLLLL actually I set mine up 'deadhead' styles when I did my conversion.  I however used a 3 port reg.

I love the CAD (cardboard aided design?) Lol
