Hi All,

As promised we're back! With the lowering of COVD-19 numbers in NSW the Committee are confident we can safely host a welcome back cruise for lunch at the Blue Mountains. Some of you may remember the venue, we're going back to the Megalong Valley Tea Rooms, a great quiet lunch venue down some epic roads for a great day out. Rather than take our usual run up the M4 we're planning on going via Bells Line of Road for a little more drama and more scenery. We'll meet up at the Richmond National Serviceman Memorial Car Park and then head off for lunch.

Due to COVID-19 we do have to implement some new policies just to ensure everything is safe and above board. We will try to accommodate everyone but where possible please RSVP to this e-mail or RSVP on the Facebook event to confirm your attendance so we can let the cafe know well in advance. We will also require everyone to sign on as per normal and potentially complete a digital online form as well that we can submit to RMS as they manage the contact tracing registration for venues. Other than that we'll look forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks.

Date: Saturday 7th November 2020

Time: Meet at Richmond National Serviceman Memorial Car Park (https://goo.gl/maps/AFVfaFPpeQzRqoLZ7) at 9:30am  for a 10am departure
Route: https://goo.gl/maps/3dMoJ44bVNhhoTBs7
Lunch: Megalong Valley Tea Rooms, Megalong Rd, near Blackheath.

Hi gang.  Looks like we will have a great day.

Forecast for tomorrow is good. BOM for Central Tablelands says "Mostly sunny.  Medium chance of showers (0 - 2mm) about Blue Mountains in afternoon & evening.  Near zero chance of rain elsewhere.  Light winds........ bla bla bla. Daytime temp 18 - 25.

With "going" ticked on the FB event page & a few others known, we could be close to the allowable 30.  So if you have ticked going, but aren't really serious please change the box, just so we have a good idea of numbers to keep within covid rules. Also let us know if you will have a passenger that isn't already on the list.

We will have a QR code for contact tracing per Covid Rules, there will be hand sanitiser, etc.  , You will still need to sign our usual list.  We would ask passengers to sign as well.  This info is just for our records to keep track of which events are popular.

See you tomorrow.
