Track Challenge Australia - 3 days racing at the BEND, including 2 nights accommodation & 3 evening dinners + more!

This is a non-profit event conducted by motor enthusiasts to give local car owners and other invited owners to use their cars in the environment for which they were designed on the worlds best track as voted by WORLD EXPERTS!

COMPETITION
Tuesday 13th – 15th October 2020 at The Bend Motorsports park (3 day event)
Official runs will commence at 9am – 4pm daily, starting from the 13th – 15th October 2020.
The event will be ran utilising both the Western Circuit & the Eastern Circuit over the 3 days, consisting of Practise laps, qualifying, passenger runs & timed sessions….also including a special Go Karting session for those interested.

TIMING
The event will be electronically timed using MYLAPS transponders

AWARDS - Awards will be presented, based on overall times and car types.

Competition format
Track Challenge Australia (2020) consists of eleven (11) rounds on two (2) layouts at The Bend Motorsport Park. The event takes advantage of both the Western circuit & the Eastern circuit as full circuit layouts.
West circuit timed sessions (seven (7) sessions)
East circuit timed sessions (four (4) sessions)
Overall final standings will be calculated by a timed system with the minimum accumulated time declared the winner.
The fastest time from each session will be accumulated to provide a total time from 11 rounds.

Rounds 1 - 11: Full circuit sprints
Cars will be grouped on similar lap times & issues a colour (Red, Green or Blue) and may be reviewed during the event
Passing only on the straights. Each session will be 15 minutes. Entrants are to be ready in the dummy grid prior to commencement of session.
The fastest time achieved by each competitor in rounds will be added to their respective Challenge score.

Rounds 1-3: West circuit (day 1)
Each group / colour are sent out for a 15min timed session of the West circuit.
The fastest time achieved by each competitor will be added to their respective Challenge score.

Rounds 4-7: East circuit (day 2)
Each group / colour are sent out for a 15min timed session of the West circuit.
The fastest time achieved by each competitor will be added to their respective Challenge score.

Rounds 8-11: West circuit (day 3)
Each group / colour are sent out for a 15min timed session of the West circuit.
The fastest time achieved by each competitor will be added to their respective Challenge score.

up to 2800cc litres
(forced induction engines multiply by 1.7)

2800cc to 4100cc
(forced induction engines multiply by 1.7)

Modified Classes

$1495 per applicant, pricing to be confirmed based on numbers, number of vehicles is capped at 60.

Registration forms will be sent out via email once contact information received, completion of registration form and a $500 deposit, made by either EFT, Mastercard or Visa.
Once full payment received Event program will be sent via email including a confirmation letter of entry.

EVENT UPDATE
This event has been tentatively booked, yet in order to officially lock in the 3 day event, a minimum 15 registrations, including a $500 deposit for each registerer is required by 31st December 2019.
An official registration receipt will be issued for deposit & or full payment made.
Full balance will be required by 30th June 2020 for all other applicants. 
If minimum registrations / deposits are not received by the cut off date (31 Dec 2019), the event will not take place.
So all you motoring enthusiasts out there, get you registrations & deposits in, in order to be part of this one & only special event at The Bend MotorSports Park 2020.

NOTE:
If registration / deposit numbers are not met by due date being 31st December 2019, a full refund will be issued to all payees which sent through their registrations / payments.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers at anytime, a full refund will also be issued to all registered applicants.
If full registration fee is not received by 30th June 2020, that applicant will forfeit (lose) amount paid.

After all the years off travelling to NSW for the Trackday Challenge, I will certainly be repaying the gesture by driving to SA next October to support the SA guys with this endeavour. 
100% bringing the race car for the three days.

Unfortunately I have only received a few entries by the due date of 31st Dec 2019. We will continue to push this event out as long as possible. Please get behind the event if you would like to see it take place. Will keep the post updated with the latest information as It comes to hand

I'll enter when I get back from hols

This event was put together in this way for our interstate friends to come drive the Tailem bend Tracks. With a 3 day event it make the trip worth it. I'm helping Mike as much as I can.
