Ok so I got extremely lazy with updating this again, but as Lumix correctly noted, lots of new modifications!
They are primarily in the visual department this time, but I'm happy to say that the (visually) perfect MR2 I have been envisioning for years now has finally come to life.
My US Racing front lip and replica GReddy side skirts and rear spats were prepared and mounted to the car, before being removed and sent off to Champ Pandaeng for paint. If anyone is in the Sydney area I am one of many car enthusiasts to use his services and I can whole-heartedly recommend him for body panel painting. As of now he does not do full resprays. His instagram handle is @champpandaeng.The parts were looking crispy and the car much meaner with its new additions, but I was not completely satisfied yet. The completion of my kit gave me the final kick I needed to finish refurbishing my BBS LMs, and after a gruelling weekend of polishing and final assembly, I was able to get them mounted with brand new Hankook Ventus RS4s. Opting for 215/45 in the front and 245/40 in the rear, my sidewalls were now more evenly matched, and the grip provided by the new rubber was a significant step up from the RE003s, at least in my minimal testing.
