Here is another wheel stud option. "Ichiba" brand from the US. I bought a two sets of 40mm studs a few years back when the AUD was worth a bit more against the US. The 40mm were perfect length for my Works mag wheels with open tapered nuts.However it now looks like Ichiba only make 45mm or 55mm studs for Toyota/Lexus. Price shipped in about $74 USD which is roughly $100 AUD. They arrived within a week from memory.
