Does it have to be a GT4 ECU? I've got a MR2 one spare in WA also?

Yes it will work provided it is for a gen2 3sgte

Yep got one. Was off my 90 st185. I fitted a rebuilt gen3 etc so I just put the ecu aside for safe keeping.
