Yes it's true, after much soul searching, and a lot of thought. I decided it's time to move on from the AW11, and i got a '93 JZA80 Supra TT.
Has a some go fast, and trick bits already, and is quite fast. Previous owner gave me a dyno graph showing 280rwkw on high boost. 375 HP in old money.
A bit of a step up from the AW's 104rwkw, and a lot more torque.
While I will miss the AW11, the Supra is a car I've always lusted after. So sadly, MR2 runs will be  thing of the past I guess. I'll probably lurk on the forums a bit though.
I've met a lot of good people through the MR2, so I'll keep in some sort of touch.

There was a 700bhp supra at Wakefield and only beat a 190rwkw adub by .01 second.. Hehe

The supra is a really nice looking car, the interior is love or hate i guess, i'm a fan.

Love it. I think if I ever went away from mr2s I would get a supra.

God, well dine, this is my second dream car! Got my one allready nut having one of these and the adub is the perfect garage... Well done man :) hope to still see u and ur old adub around :)

say it isn't so . Have you really gone over to the Dark Side of the Force and bought a car with the engine in front of you? At least it's still a Toyota I suppose.
Anyway, this should not stop you from coming on Runs with us and I hope your mate who bought the car will join the Club and have as much fun.

Congrats on getting your boat license, when does HMAS Supra next dock ;)
