Car has been sold. --- Hello all,
I may be putting my car up for sale as I am looking at purchasing a new car (non-MR2 related I'm afraid). As I simply don't have the space for four cars at my home (2 of which are my folks' cars) I will essentially need to sell this car.
It's a great little car and am quite proud to say it is recently also become an award winning car at the 2015 Nationals (Most original ZZ30). Some details worth mentioning:
- It has done just under 154,000KMs - in the higher range but runs without any structural or mechanical issues.
- Regularly serviced by the world famous Scope, and prior owner's service records are all available.
- Never been damaged, well looked after - always garaged.
- It has been tracked - albeit only twice at Queensland Raceway (with a lap record of 1:06 for those interested)
The car has undergone some changes since I've purchased it, listed below. Please click the items for more info. Excluding installation costs these are valued over $2000 when bought new (which I did for everything except for injectors). Please note that I did not necessarily buy from the sources provided but are the exact same products installed. All these parts have been installed since my ownership meaning that they have all have 15,000KM or less on them.
These modifications have made the car even more agile and grippy, made throttle responsiveness quicker and the intelligence of the Sequential Manual Transmission has removed the difficulty of operating the heavy duty clutch in traffic. I've configured the car to have a good balance for a daily driven vehicle while still having some real kick for the twisties.
