what does it mean by removal of one stud?

need to take 1 stud out of the turbo. It dosent line up

Just confirm the thing actually bolts up. I ordered a (non cat) dump off ebay (Monsta performance), and it would not fit onto the turbo studs, the 3 holes were slightly out of alignment. The guy sent me another one, exactly the same problem. He refunded me the purchase and postages but it was a pita and waste of time. Maybe Monsta just had a bad batch?

I asked another ebay seller specific questions relating to the issues i experienced but they never replied.
