Some pics of the pipes:

Cat:

Bolted to a CT26, the gasket is from a CT20B so you can see where the stud is that needs to be removed:

And the factory gasket sitting on the turbo end flange:

The bit circled in red is right next to the wastegate flap. I found that the flap could catch on this part of the flange and get stuck open. I'd suggest to put your factory gasket on there and mark that small area so you can remove it with a die grinder prior to fitment. Shouldn't take too long at all.

I'm about to get some postage quotes then I'll PM final figures.

thank you for that cogs.

so, to clarify, this dump pipe is designed for a gen 2 (CT26) or gen 3 (CT20B)?

Yes designed for gen2 CT26
but will fit gen3 CT20B if you remove the stud that the dump pipe flange does not have provision for
see second top hole of the gasket in cogs last pic above

can pick up tommorow, any chance you can help me out with the die grinder part as i dont have one
the dump looks like the usual ebay spec one lets hope it wont crack like the other ones and this catalytic core holds up
did they come with the support brackets as shown in the ebay page or is it just the dump pipe by itself

on a side note - i went to the epa Victoria building at rosanna yesterday on a site visit and let me tell you the amount of testing poo poo they have there is unbelievable good enough reason to get one of these lol
cheers

Yep, they came with all the parts shown in the eBay listing. There's the pipe itself, plugs for the two bungs at the bottom, gaskets for each end and the O2 sensor flange, bolts/nuts/washers for the outlet flange, studs/nuts/washers for the O2 sensor, and the stainless steel support plate.

It's incredibly good value, even for a Chinese made product!

that comes with a more comprehensive fitting kit than i've ever seen.

hopefully they only check what's on the list when i go over the pits the second time, if not i'll be in for the next group buy.....hah
