Window trim help

I need some tips on how to fix the separating between the window trims and the body. Photos below to show what I am talking about

Looks pretty normal to me, not quite sure what your referring too.

The window trim on the targa top stands about 5mm higher than the trim on the car.

It's part of the drainage channel, totally normal.

Yep, that's just the way Toyota built it, and as mentioned, it is part of the elaborate system of drainage out of the targa tops. There are pipes that go right down inside the car.
