Passenger side is fine. Drivers side window doesn't fit tight on the rubber seal so I get wind noise in the cabin.
Can I,
-Still get new door seals for sw20
-Somehow fix the seal
-Adjust the window so it fits tighter
Other people must have experienced this, appreciate any advice

The window can be adjusted or aligned to press harder against the rubber but probably best left to a panel shop unless someone here has done it with ease before...

Yeah, you can quite easily adjust the window so that you get a tighter seal (just need to remove the door card and then adjust the bolts to make the window go higher or change the angle of the window slightly; check the BGB to see which bolt affect which direction of the glass). I'd recommend using some rubber conditioner on the seals as well.
I had water coming in from the driver's side window, but haven't had a problem since I adjusted the window quite a few months ago.

For me, the air noise was coming in through the speaker (under the tweeter cover), which is common on mr2s, but that's another story...

I've got wind noise coming from under the tweeter cover. What's the fix?

Bumping this because I'm just about to try it myself. I convinced myself it would be the seals but finding new ones is impossible :(

For something "impossible", it's actually remarkably easy! Just go this this page:
http://jp-carparts.com/toyota/partlist.php?maker=toyota&type=211120&cartype=3&fig=6401

... find the part numbers, e.g, 62311-17010 ... then go to Amayama.com... and bingo.   Brand new for about $50.

OMG! I've just done the impossible!

P.s. You'll need to determine the right part numbers for the bits of rubber you want to replace. I'm not saying that the part number I've noted above is the correct one (for what you're after)... but all the seals are listed on the same website as linked above.

By the way, I wouldn't replace the rubbers at all until I first tried using a rubber conditioner on the seals that are already there. Not only are the seals complete ****s to fit and get sitting right, but you'd also be amazed at how much the original ones be revitalised with a spray of the right stuff.

I use Einszett Gummi Pflege which is really effective and available in lots of places around Australia:

Or you could try Wurth Rubber Care Spray:

The part number for the hard top is 62381-17040 and 62382-17040 but they're $100 each before shipping. Appreciate finding the part for me though, I really thought it had been discontinued. I might give the spray a shotand if all else fails I'll consider brand new seals. Cheers.
