I'm a happy man tonight found the problem it the ECU, its was obvious when I open up the ECU.

So ECU do break down. Found two like this one on the main board and one on the top.
Just so you guys know late gen 2 top ECU board is smaller than the earlier ones.
May be able to fix this for couple of dollars.
Apologies for the late reply. That capacitor is not original. Someone has already changed it and it looks like it is in good condition. Electrolytic capacitors are obviously dead when the top is bulging.
The exact capacitance often doesn't matter all that much, as these types of capacitors are generally used to smooth electrical noise and pulses. Go for the same or slightly higher capacitance and you will be fine. A same or higher voltage is mandatory. ECUs have high quality and high temperature rated capacitors that you won't be able to get at Jaycar etc. They will still work though won't last as long as the higher temperature rated capacitors.
