I religiously read and watched about all theories over the last few years. I fully believe it is a conspiracy. Due to the WTC7, the explosions in separate sections of the buildings and with all the cameras around the Pentagon only one captured the plane?
That's all I'm going to say don't feel like an argument.

Essdub, I agree. A good time to have a Captain Jack and think about the more important things in life like cars. Unless of course we conspire together to have another theory.

I'm not interested in the topic, however I do feel that anyone has the right to post something within the legalities of the forum - not just car related. My understanding of the forum is to bring ppl that share a common interest together, this does not mean they should be restricted to only discussing this common interest. I respect ppl on this forum, and would feel comfortable/confident in discussing a whole range of topics with them. Others have a wealth of knowledge in their chosen fields, which is great to call upon. On meets, it would be very boring if none of us took any interest in the others, and all we talked about is the cars. I have made some very good friends through this forum, and yes it may have been the car that started this, but many other interesting conversations come from it.

Scott, my thoughts weren't about saying that people couldn't post what they like, more that perhaps they should think about the implications of their views and what responses they are going to get using a very public medium like a Net forum.
As President of the Club in Queensland I normally refrain from getting involved in most of the less serious discussions that are had on this Forum because they normally relate to cars and the often huge amounts of money people spend on them that they will never recover, but have seemingly serious expectations that they will.
However, this subject involved the death of over 4000 people, two of whom were my colleagues, and at the time I was right in the middle of trying to assess for government whether or not a similar threat was posed here. If you'd like to find out my history then PM me and I will send you my resume but be aware that after 63 years its quite long.
Like you said we can all express our opinion on this Forum but I will stick with my view that this type of emotive topic is best kept for car club meetings and personal face-to-face discussions, as you said you enjoy as part of this scene.
I feel that the Forum should be as light-hearted as possible, except perhaps where it affects someone we know or knew personally, and in this case it did me because of what it was about.
Some conspiracy theories insult more than just your intelligence, and I certainly wasn't taking a shot at MR Turbo, but more at the uninformed Americans who postulate this nonsense in the first place.
Sex, religion, politics and shop will do it every time. I've said enough and it's way past my bed time.

Tralfaz - thankyou for putting your comments into perspective and your emotions attached to it. It puts your orginal post in this thread into perspective which did not come across imo.
As i said, I'm not interested in the topic, my comments only relate to the posting of non-car related information on the forum.

Do you ever wonder if these 'conspiracy theories' were set into play by the Govt. themselves?
What better way to do more diabolical things than release misinformation.
After all, if they could set up 9/11, couldn't they easily control any info about it?
I dunno, there's so much going on we'll never know about.
