Been with Shannons with agreed value clause for a number of vehicles.

Was with Shannons for many years, recently moved to RACV on third party fire and theft.

Can't recommend Shannons enough, still have my home and contents with them and have claimed 3 times without any fuss at all.

I've been with JustCar for the last few years, they've been great with modifications and agreed value.  Unfortunately they're closing down this year.
I inquired with Shannons and it seems they won't insure if the vehicle isn't garage parked at night - is this the case with you guys too?
Most other insurers seem cagey with agreed values and don't take into account the condition of the car and whether it's actually worth more than the "red book" value (which seems suspiciously low) - the best number I could get was $6000 (with a hefty premium) - most won't go above $5k!

I've got a vehicle that has the pleasure of being driveway parked (family hack) and Shannon's are ok with it.

My vehicles with them are all agreed value, one much more than the redbook value on Shannon's advice.

From memory it has to be parked in a garage at night, but saying that, it isn't something that they ever check.
