Yep!  141kw atf and 279nm torque stock...excellent platform to work with.

So today I picked it up from Classic Performance. They never were able to get it running perfectly until it was warmed, usually only 2 minutes. But that's ok.
 
So anyway I got 200m down the road before the thrust bearing seized...
 
So I've gotta pull the engine out.

For sure man, extra help is always appreciated. I'll have it ready to drop by Tuesday so if I can grab your crane when you get back I can put the motor on the floor and take the box off.

That sucks man :( but **** happens to the best of us with these kinda cars but its all worth it in the end.
So that is the same as the throw-out bearing for the clutch right?

yep, thrust bearing, throwout bearing, release bearing. All the same

Yeah no worries mate, i should be home most the day except when i go to the gym but thats only about 2 hrs, but its only down the road. Just give us a call or message when u want to head up.. Id bring it down but my back seats dont go down so i dont think it will fit in my car...
