i had them from a while ago and put them in cause the suspension was being changed thinking they might help with the car being low and all.

i tried to soften the dampers but the little clicker things just unscrew out from the top of the coilovers, any idea how to make them work again
it has a small nut like contaption at the end. might have to use small pliers on it im guessing. hard to explain

Steve, regarding roll center adjusters, have you seen this? (especially Totenkopf's comments).

i will see how i go at the alignment shop if they think i dont need it i will remove it i guess.
just thought it might help installing it while i have the suspension changed over, as it was just sitting in the shed lol

thanks for all the responses.

Thanks Red - just having skim read that I bet the RCAs are at fault here. Besides, cars that are excessively lowered normally handle like crap anyway.

im thinking its them along with the differently adjusted dampening on the shocks. i cant set the dampening back to soft cause the clicker things keep getting unscrewed from the top of the coilovers

those little thing on the top keep coming off if i try to turn the counterclockwise to soften it

i will have a good look on the weekend.
out of curiosity how many coilovers come with adjustable camber plates in the rear, most ive seen come with only adjustable fronts..
my front camber is now positive from looking at them. adjusting the camber with crash bolts wont work as its too close to the coilovers, so ill need camber plates for the front. but i have no idea about the back but thinking crash bolts would be the go for the rear end.

cheers

your playing with a lot of things all at once..... I reckon most of the weirdness will be fixed with a proper wheel alignment.

the 5000km old thing means **** all.

Also what coilovers are they? You might find some brands have less desirable handling traits than standard.

They look quite new to me.
