Yes, tonight I was discussing timing for the event. Nothing confirmed as we have just digested the fact that I have come up with something that may attract a healthy number of MR2s to a event at Wakefield.
So far it looking like 14 possible cars with most interested in the non competition aspect.
Would be great to see the Pearl and its possie up here doing the shoot out or the circuit races...
We are also discussing the option of inviting the Supra crew along to make it a Big brother/Little Brother day. Thoughts on this?
The 1mile event wil involve a lot of planning but we will see what we can come up with.

Definitely interested in this. Sounds like it would be a packed in day interested in all events.

It will be a busy few days. Dates are looking like the second week of Jan over two days. Will not be running the standing mile as its too much mucking around to organise but will have plenty of variety at the track. Will also have a spare seat in my car for a lucky few.

Looks like we are starting to get a nice field of track cars to go head to head. 
I was chatting with Wakefield yesterday with a new option for time trials which will be used at the event on day one.
 
Goulburn is holding its GP weekend the two days before the trackday. This is a historic meet with a number of the orginal GP cars from the era driving the streets of Goulburn, a day at Wakefield and people dressed in period attire. Could be a great addition to a road trip.

If I'm not on holiday at the time I'd be pretty keen. Sounds like a great event. Also, can't let Tree take the trophy without a struggle :P

^Hehe getting excited just thinking about this event now. This could get really competitive if Mr Senol came with his built NA too.
