Hey everyone,
 
Tried to get this going before, but it was delayed. Now that there's a few MR2's that have been "completed" so to say (Julian, Rob, Nick & Dylan etc) & I have forced annual leave between Xmas & New Year, looking to organise a photoshoot to give my Nikon a workout Canon users welcome too of course.
 
As I mentioned before, you don't need a MINT & PERFECT example. We have photoshop/lightroom & can remove or work around imperfections. Photography involves finding beauty in anything. So whether you want to:
 
Practise/fine tune your photography skills
Just bought a your first SLR & want some free tips
Don't own one @ all & simply wants some nice shots for your for sale ad
Want some keepsake memories of your youth or MR2 before it's run down or wrapped around a pole
 
You're welcome to come along. Note, MR2's will be given preference, but if you're bored & just want to hang out & bring your daily or other project car, time permitting I'll happily work with them too.

Location: Most likely Western Sydney industrial area near Glendenning or near Eastern Creek.
 
Note: ALL MR2 models welcome. None of this AW11 "we're the real deal & SW20s are for hairdressers" BS or "they won't like me cos I have an auto Spyder" mentality
 
Open to suggestions on the date/location of course, so feel free to chime in.

Sounds like a great idea Jay. Definitely in! My car is pretty rough around the edges up close tho :)

I'm super keen for you to take some photos of my car. I'll be unavailable from Dec 24 to Jan 3 though.

Really keen to do yours Nick. I'm sure I can work with it.

Damn, so your annual leave is right in the middle of while I'm away?
 
I'm not sure if I can get to the meet early tonight, or if I'll even have time to wash my car first.

I'd love to get some decent photos of my spyder. I'm away between 21st to the 30th though!
