Been a long time since I've been in Goulburn, what servo's are available and what fuel do they stock?

Typical Tri trying to eat everything that moves!

Andy's trailering his car up and i am trailering Ken's. I hope we all go in convoy but i think Andy wants to leave on the saturday (last i heard) so will have to figure this all out in the next week.

The car will return on friday from the cage i hope... lots more work to do!

Thanks Gatesys, Im enjoying every minute of it!
Thre are all major service stations within 15min, Shell, Caltex and BP. They sell 102 race fuel at the track for $3 a litre if you not keen on travel or what a little extra from the car.
Sounds like a busy weekend ahead for lovers of 'The Pearl'? Dont worry, you are not alone. Thre a few putting i the midnight oil to make the trackday. Good luck mate

Mmmm I haven't tried kameleon before but it sure sounds quite tender and juicy...
If I time and manage fuel carefully there should be enough time to fill up during breaks at the station with out missing out the action yeh? My guess for carrying fuel cans would be that the serious guys are trying to minimise weight?

Kameleon tender and juicy! He is mutton not lamb!

Regards to fuel, well, yes it is true but you could use a full tank of fuel on the first day.
I also use 10 litres for a session then fill again for the weight save idea. Its worth while using this system as you will save over 30kg of weight.

An friend of Admin has signed up today. He has a EVO which will be in over 2.2 invited. Thanks Admin

I'd be arriving with a full tank of fuel. I usually empty the whole tank at a typical track day so I'll be going into town after the first day to fill up again and have a full tank ready to go for the second day.

A jerry can would be a good idea just in case you run out with only a few sessions to go or to make sure you have enough to get back to town if you're running on fumes. The turbo and V6 guys should definitely bring a jerry can because I've only got an NA and I can finish off a tank. There's actually a bloke with a CLK 63 AMG who comes to the Circuit Club days and he needs to fill up at lunch time haha.

Oh and I'll be happy to man the BBQ for a bit. I wouldn't worry too much about not having enough people cooking. If you're competent enough to fill your car with petrol, you can turn some snags.

Kameleon probably tastes better than a Tree, but theyre full of fat and taste quite alcoholic.....

Ill be bringing the jerry can, but the car will be filled right up from the start. Meh to weight!

Car arrives back at the shop tomorrow night in 41 deg heat...... so wont be touched tomorrow (hopefully saturday, thought the shop owner is closed atm...)

Its funny you say anyone can spin a sausage, as ive met retards who struggle with that taste over the years haha

Full tanks then?! Challenge accepted
lol I feel sorry for the tyre/suspension shop working on my car tomorrow, was told to drop her off at 8:45am, probably due to the heat wave hehe.
Fat and alcohol? Sounds like a awesome recipe for BBQ. Fark man I'm salivating...

All these sausage jokes, better order so big italian ones so Dennis may get lucky of he manages to make it. Alcoholic sausages.. now there's a thought.
I just fitted the passenger seat today which will make up for the full tank I refuse to run. Its a kevlar Recaro but hey, its still weight.. Will have it 100% but Sunday.

The program will sent out to everyone in the next week but I will need to know who would like the first hour to test their car to make sure it ready for the competion. The reason being, I will allocate these people to the short circuit for the first 30 min while cars which are sorted and good to go, will be straight onto the CAMS hillclimb track.  With the short circuit, you have pit lane access to sort out your car before unleasing your weapons ( I can see more humour out of that statement..).

I put a call out to MR2 NSW to come down on the Monday night for the phot shoot. Hope they can make it as they have two things. Cool cars and cool camera's.

10 days people
