Surok and I already know each other through the forum JDM Style Tuning (which is how I know a couple of the other guys here), and I know that he sometimes generates an emotive reaction. :-)
I'll make a point to come out to a meet / cruise if I don't get a timetable clash. My shift at work rotates, so I regularly can't make it to events during the week.
A colleague sent me details on the next NSW cruise, but I have another event on that day.

It sat in his driveway for a long time after the engine rebuild. He's given it to us, and we'll do our best to clean it up.
I'm running the motor in, then I'll get it tuned. It's copped new wheels and tyres, since Mike wants his chromies back and they weren't our tastes anyway, and with both swaybar mounts freaked I've had them pulled out while we evaluate our options. Since I'm taking it easy on the car, the lack of swaybars isn't a dealbreaker right now.

We've only brought it to one JDMST meet (the last one at Fox Studios), where it had the chromies on the front and my other car's stock wheels on the rear.
I'm pretty sure Mike's brought it to a JDMST meet before.
