Got bad news with Rosie. Issues with number 4 cylinder exhaust into coolant, car running fine but not a good idea to track it as is. Got her in the workshop to take the head off to find exact problem $$$$.
Merry Christmas.

Hopefully it will be an easy fix with just a head gasket and not a cracked head or something like that.

Its a shame you have a problem at this time of year. Hopefully everything works out.

Couple of Upgrades to "Rosie"
Got my self some chrome semi forged SSR Rims.
Plastic dipped them in matt black.
Highlighted the SSR badge in red.

Wrapped them in Nitto NT01's.
Which knocked off four secounds off her PB at Wakefield Park.

Decided next was to do the Delta V Big Brake Upgrade with RDA EBC discs.
And brought my self some 22V Gen 3 and Nissan GTR calipers, then cleaned up and restored them using new rebuild kit.

After upgrading the brakes Rosie decided to start blowing blue smoke when in idle!!!
After investigation TRP found there was an issue with the CT26 turbo, therefore had it high flowed and bolted on a 3 inch Berk dump pipe.
Upgraded the Gen 2 to Gen 3 Cross member and tie rods.
Also installed new whiteline sway bar (front and back) as i had them lying around.

Replaced factory map sensor with Delco 3 bar.
Fitted Haltech Lambda to CAN unit and configured it in the ECU.
Then had "Rosie" tuned on the dyno and she produced a safe 173.2Kw at the wheels with better fuel economy.

After thinking Rosie was sorted for Track Day!!

This HAPPENED!!

On the way back from MR2 meet at Hunter Valley i noticed "Rosie" was overheating therefore pulled over and then she decided to piss out coolant from the overflow bottle over the road in the middle of nowhere.
But there are Good people in the world, willing to sacrifice there drinking water for "Rosie", which just got me to a garage.
Therefore returned the car to TRP to run some pressure tests just to find out that the fourth cyclinder was blowing exhaust into the coolant. (Blown Head Gasket)
So out come the motor again after only 20,000km's. $$$$$$

Sent the Head away to be pressure tested, machined and also fitted new ARP head bolts and studs.
Replaced the Gen 2 head gasket with a cometic gasket.
Whilst the engine was out i also replaced the thrust bearing and upgraded to a TRD Thermostat
Put back together again, and she is now ready for the track.

Not long now, I remove the front lip when ever i leave it at a workshop so I don't have to worry about it getting ripped off as it sits very low.
