Car shouldn't need to be there all day Pete, we had a couple of people leave throughout the day last year and the organisers haven't given me any new info saying any differently for this year.

First post updated with meetup details, the organisers are expecting a larger number of cars to enter this year and likely fill out the area they have, hence the early meet up time to ensure we all get in and park as a group.

Unfortunately it's looking very unlikely that I'll have my car back in time for this.

My latest post in my build thread explains why lol.

I'll definitely be at WTAC though, just not with my MR2.
