Well after doing only 200kms on new engine, the Fuel pump died on me today.. better to get all the bugs out now than bump into them at track day challenge.

Well, after removing & installing a new fuel pump, found out it wasn't even the problem :-(
Oh well, one less thing too have to worry about.
It kept blowing the EFI 15amp fuse when trying to crank it over.  Turns out it had fried one main wire thru the whole engine bay loom.  Had a mate rewire the whole thing finding out in the process it was actually caused by the oxy sensor shorting out some how??  Anyway, fixed, back on the road now & can continue running it in.

Picked up some bottles of racing brake fluid for the track cars too :-)

If it makes you feel any better, i think your the third person on the forum over the last 7 odd years that has had an oxy sensor cause the fuel pump fuse to blow.

Next on the agenda, flush & put new racing brake fluid & pads, install new RSR 595's & test out at Mallala on Saturday 10th of Dec.
If all goes well with no unexpected issues, It will then be ready for its interstate trip over to WP for the Mr2 Track day challenge in Jan 2017!!!
Cant wait!
