You can get good & bad anywhere, whether it is mechanics or builders, or even hairdresssers (hehehe

, had to throw that in). If they don't fix it right the first time, they have to fix it at no charge. As the customer we can ask for someone more experienced ....... (courage needed for some of us to do that.......... lol) And as a dealership they should have courtesy cars if it is taking longer than expected, other mechanic shops often don't have loan cars.
There was no problem on the initial service they did for me a couple of weeks ago, so I'm comfortable that the more experienced guy will do a better job.
