Update - I had it dynoed tonight and it ran well though we discovered that the wastegate actuator was stuffed. It was kind of opening the wastegate and holding 23psi though it ended up dying completely, so now I need to get a new one and take it back so I can set up the EBC and complete the tune.
We did get it up to 232kW @23psi though there is more in it than that - i.e. we can put more ignition advance into it.
I'm now running E85 fuel with 1000cc injectors, hence the power increase.
I'm also limited on power due to my ECU not being able to map over 20psi. My tuner reckons we could safely run between 25psi and 30psi if the ECU could do it.
I'm going to stay with the current ECU for now and just make sure the car is reliable (it hasn't been to date).
I've posted in the wanted to buy section for a new genuine Toyota wastegate actuator if someone knows where I can get one cheaper than from Toyota.
I'll post a dyno graph after I get the final tune done.

Impressive! i would love to see the dyno chart. i want to see what sort of power it is making at 3000 rpm

From memory the power comes in pretty early so it should be healthy at 3000. I'm still using a CT26 so there is lots of meat.

BTW how did you manage to get a score of -3? LOL
Got some thumbs down hey?

I forgot to say the 232kW was at 5000rpm because it kept overboosting because of the wastegate actuator. We should get more with higher revs and more ignition advance

i didnt notice that. i wonder what happened.

I put another wastegate actuator in today (pr1ck of a job with my car) so I just need to take it back to the dyno for a final top end tune and a set up of the boost controller. Yavuz is very busy so its hard to get a booking. I'll try to get him to squeeze me in and then after that I'll do some practice at Wakefield or EC and then I'll do some track days. Soon!
