Well it has a tune
Green line on waste gate spring only low boost
Red line 18psi high boost.
This is a very safe tune.
This car has far more power to go if i want. Will look at a more after putting 5000kms on the motor.
To get this extra power we will tune higher boost leaner afr, tune each cylinder and adjust cams gear to see what the motor likes.
This power has work out just how I wanted it. Heaps of mid range torque. If I want more above 6000rpm I will change exshaust housing from .64 to .82. at this stage I love it just the way it is.
I let Mike drive it he replied saying "this is the fastest 3-sgte mr2 he has driven the response is excellent and it does not need any more power." It's hard to impress him.
The tuner thinks with the current setup power could be acheived between 250 to 280 rwkw will be the target when I bring it back.
