Had to get a new tuned length extractor as the old one had to many cracks.
Made a custom turbo bracket to help with vibrations and to take the load stress from the extractor. I hope this works and save the extractor.

Pickup the Turbo upgrade today. The new gen 2 Garrett. Need to fit old exhaust housing next.

I stated I had 800cc fuel injector, they are 850cc.

Motor ready to install, when I get the clutch and pressure plate. Need to save up getting Exedy pressure plate with 450lbs torque load.

Added new EGT sensors.

New COP system installed with racer x kit with a crank hall trigger setup. All working with the links ecu
Have setup intercooler fan with intake air temp sensor and a engine bay heat sensor which control water spay base on temp, rpm & load settings.
Installed new fuel, oil pressure, Innovate LC-1 and 4bar Link MAP sensors to the Links ecu through the existing wire loom, it look like it is from the factory.
Engine bay looking empty now with all the old 90 technology has been removed which I will add a photo off when all finished.
All that's is left to do is setup PWR steering control and Digital inputs from the dash for water spay on/off and boost maps etc and get the tacho working with links.
May setup launch control don't know if I a need too.

Well Christmas was good. Santa well (Me) in this case purchase this.

Now I have a Hybrid Ecu Links and Haltech setup. Need this Can Amplifier to make the EGT sensors work.
 
I have the car in a run in tune at this time, 4000rpm limit. Full race tune Jan 21. Mikey test drove the car and it impressed him, that's hard to do. So the build is as planned. A 250 to 300 rwkw and up to 450mn of torgue, and by 3000rpm 12 - 15 psi boost.

Power steering sorted out now with the link ECU, work just like the factory setup. 2nd Tune booked 2 Feb. Hope to setup EGT Sensor before tune. A little tricky to link a Haltech Can Amplifier to Link Ecu. As I ran out of Voltage inputs. Have to use CAN connector. Waiting on a Link CAN plug to change Haltech connector to a Link CAN connector.  I now removed water feed to it. Also idle control is tricky as well it was not getting the best idle control with water feed removed. I found that I had to remove a plastic part inside which remove the spring tension on the air valve. Now Link ecu seem control it better now.
