Finally the guy pick up the Black Mr2 now I have money to spend. Now I'm back to one. I'm in the process painting my red one. Then adding a links ECU I will tune each Cylinder with sensors on each exhaust outlet. Only wanting 220 to 250 rwkw. I will only get to 250rwkw with e85 at 16psi max, at a guess. So for the time being the goal will be 220 rwkw on 98 ron.

I'm looking for best value coil-over set for the track with rebound and dampening adjustments for a sw20? What spring weight is best for front and back?

Be prepared to spend north of $4k on a suspension setup, if you insist on having all that adjustment.
 
Spring rates are a 'horses for courses' item - there is no 'ideal'.  Learn to drive the car with what it currently has, work out what you do/don't like about it, then adjust from there.

I already have a new set of HR series HSD coil-overs was think of selling these and buying a better set for improving track times.
