I bought lots of stuff off him and everything was great apart from a set of locks. After tell him they are the wrong size and don't fit I have heard nothing and no replies. Very shady and poor way of doing business

I bought a AVCR from Baldwin. Nothing like was stated then would not refund unless I paid for postage.

Heard a few good thinks from him from the skyline community, not really anything bad apart from one thing and what's going on here.

:(

He's happy to talk about parts, but josh gave me the impression he knows F all about mr2's.

Yeah, I've got not issues with being sent the wrong parts and as I said most of the stuff I got was great.

It's the no contact and ignoring bit that is getting to me. If the parts wrong, deal with it and offer a refund...

I dealt with him before, face to face. They are skyline/Nissan specialists, so don't expect them to know too much about MR2s. I bought some damaged wheels off them, I knew they were damaged and had good experience but that might have been because I went there in person.

Unfortunately the realisation of the need for good customer service hasn't yet made it into the aftermarket automotive industry in Australia. Someone will eventually do it incredibly well and will put most of the other equivalent companies out of business because of it. I think that the cause of this issue is because many of these people think they are the only experts around, and in some cases, they actually aren't experts at all!
It's mostly arrogance. I'm sure they will start to wonder what is going on as more and more people buy parts from overseas, and the local guys will start to wonder why they can't pay their bills.
