Won't an aw11 rack be too short?? The aw11 rack off the top of my head is sub 700mm long. Ae86 manual racks are the same housing width and diameter, but the pinion shaft is a little bit long or shorter (cant remember which way tho.)

I really do not know as I have not seen a AW11 rack. Once I can get my hands on one, I can see what needs to be done. Since I have fitted a Toyota Echo steering column, adding a different rack should not be a major hurdle.
