need help with ID(ST185):

hello everyone I saw this post on facebook and I don't know what this rack is called or whatever it holds the spare wheel over the rear window. is anyone able to id this or tell me what is actually called so I can search for alternatives etc.

    Looks like a copy of the TTE rack used on the Safari Rally cars.
