5S Build - 1998/2000 block or ST215 block?

Hi Guys, I'm looking further into my 5S build now, and need to decide on my engine block of choice, before the $US dives again.My choices are a 1998+ 5SFE, 2000+ 5SFE, ST215 (3SGTE Caldina).
