Gearbox oil change interval

How often should you change gearbox oil? It's been over 40,000 kms and multiple track days since i last changed mine. I'm thinking i should do it again soon.....

Opinions wanted on wether or not a lightened flywheel should have it's bolts Loktited

I have built a few engines in my time but have never resorted to using Loctite on any parts.
