Wanting to swap from 3sge N/A to an inported 3sgte.

Gday all. Ok I have a MR2 G-limited with a 3SGE-NA motor. My question is, am I able to just import a 3SGTE, ecu, motor to ecu wiring loom? I'm fairly new to the MR2 and or any JDM cars. I have just fully replaced all running gear, bushes, added coilovers, heavy duty superpro swaybar link rods, c..

gearbox

I have a 92 na sw20 .the gear shifter feels quite loose between gears and especially when in neutral.is this a shifter problem or gearbox problem 😵 Thanks..
