3sge head on gen 2 3sgte block

So, as my post below states, I have a 91 mr2 here that has a spare engine and 3sgte I'm building. The 3sge has top feed injectors, oil cooler, larger throttle body, larger duration cams and side feed plenum/intake. Should I just swap the head ? Seems benifical? Has anyone bothered?..

So, I have a 3sgte I'm rebuilding. I also have a 3sge inside another car sitting here and looks like it should donate it's parts. The 3sgte cooling bypass tree is not so good. I could buy another but wondering if I use the 3sge water pump and tree, will there be any downside? I can't see..

Brake Question: It's a good news/bad news thing

So I was planning to replace the clutch on my 1990 N/A MR2 but I adjusted it and now it doesn't slip any more. So I've got some more noob questions:What is the correct front/rear tyre sizes for a 1990 N/A model SW20?
