Gen 2 Turbo Clutch replacement

Just wondering - I am looking at replacing my clutch in my Gen 2 turbo this coming week. Can you just drop the box or does the engine need removal? Anyone recently done this?? Dont mind dropping the engine as I have done this a few times now but if there is a quicker way Im all for it....

Grey smoke

Sometimes when I stop at traffic lights or anywhere heaps of dark grey smoke comes from my exhaust, then when I drive off it will blow a little bit of light grey smoke for a few seconds and then stop. It doesn't have an oil leak but it has used 2.5 litres of oil in the last 2500 kms. I filled it up ..

AW11 Coolant sensor connector

I'm having a little trouble with my temp gauge, which I'm pretty certain is due to a slightly dodgy connection at the sensor. The connector is jammed on really tight and in a very awkward position. Before I get tough with it though I thought I'd ask whether it is simply a straight push-on connection..
