Thermostat housing issues 3SGTE

It seems like I've got a small leak from the thermostat housing. I've never been able to get it off due to the bottom bolt being almost impossible to get to as the A/C compressor makes it hard to get any tools in there. Anyone got any tips/tricks on accessing that bottom bolt with the A/C compressor..

My radiator appears to have served out its useful life. Pinhole perforations in the upper flange leaks under pressure. Could be repaired but who knows where the next holes are ready to appear. Are the radiator/Engine Ancillary Hose's the same for a 4AGE and 4AGZE???

FAN SELECTING SPEED - NOT WORKING

Slow to heat up, quick to cool down

So I just noticed today after going to the meet that it took forever for my car to warm up to 84 degrees (its usually happy spot), and was really quick to come down again. 10 bob says its the thermostat stuck open, but thought i'd post here just in case anyone has any has other ideas on what it may ..

Hi all Have searched the forum for an answer but would just like to confirm something, Yes my fans are permanently on when ign is on have gone through and checked everything and it seems that I have power comming from pin 10 of the a/c amplifier, should this be getting an earth at this point?..
