Just got a price from the local Toyota dealers for new head bolts for 1MZ.... $210. Lithia Toyota will do them for $120 including postage.
 
Anyone else want anything while I'm at it? I'm getting new bolts, bearings and gaskets from them and will be placing the order two weeks from now.

Actually I'll probably get all this from Amayama Trading. They do the bolts for $55 AUD + postage.

So its obviously not the flywheel now...

Honestly I have no idea what it is. I'm going to get a Fidanza flywheel anyway. Fingers crossed when I inspect the sump it's full of alloy glitter and I can start hunting down a bearing...

I use a friend in Japan and also Lithia. Some parts are cheaper in USA than in Japan depending what they are.
