Hi guys I have a link g4+ with a COP conversion kit (coil packs, mounts, Dissy block off and loom)

It’s all perfect except I need to plug a thin black wire that is in the link loom (RPM signal) into the standard Toyota plugs that go into the link ECU.

Can anyone PLEASE help with a pin out on the standard mr2 gen 3 3sgte ecu plug pin out and where I plug the link RPM sensor into the stock plug!
Please!!

There you go. The one on the top. would have to be either IGT or IGF?

I don't quite follow what you are trying to achieve, your question doesnt quite make sense.
But to answer the second part of the question:

IGT - ignition trigger (the signal from the ecu, to the ignition module)
IGF - ignition feedback (the signal from the ignitor, to the ecu, used for missfire detection)

If my guess is right, and you are trying to hook up the tacho, you will have a bit of trouble. The tacho needs to see the collapse of a magnetic field to activate (it a negative trigger)

To do this you need to set up a relay, to simulate this happening. Robk has done a writeup on it before on the forum, as have i. but basically you are looking to do this:
