Water outlet thing for gen 3 (what all the sensors bolt to)

Not sure of the correct name of it but I'm after the water outlet from the rear of the head for a gen 3 motor, the piece that all the sensors or on. I am putting a gen 3 head on my block but it is from a celica and so this piece is different.
Anyone have a spare?
