Even though I won't be here to attend Junes meet, I thought I'd still put my hand up and organise it for you guys.
 
My proposal is for an hour hills runs, followed by a session at the Pooraka Go Karts.

I'd say make it a 10am meet at the Target Carpark on Gorge Road at Newton and aim to leave by 10:30am.
Go for a nice short hills run up along Gorge road and return via Chain of Ponds, should be a nice drive.
Then head down to the go-karts and aim to get there roughly 11:30am 
 
If I can get a list of guys that are going to attend by the 1st of June, and details with which race package, etc you guys wish to do, I will call up and book the karts for 12 (mid-day) for you guys, details can be found here - http://www.gokartspooraka.com.au/index.php

I concur with Carmikey on $60 pp. 'Race format' above @ Pooraka. I did that last time with a group of 10 or so and it was a blast!
 
Also let me say that regardless on if your MR2 is on the road or not, using your daily drive to attend the meet is fine (as many have), as being social is what it's really all about.

Surely there are more guys out there that can attend this event.
Even if your mr2 isn't running, as mine hasn't been for over 2 years now, you can still attend the social gatherings, and you may even pick up a bit of knowledge on how to fix your mr2 if it isn't running.
 
Just remember, we are going to need atleast 7 people for the go-karts, or it will most likely just be a cruise instead.

So is anyone else interested in go-karting next month??? please make yourself known before the end of the month. Like Alex said if your MR2 is off the road you can still attend monthly meets.

I'm keen. still not sure if i'm needed for anything at Church that day. I'm keen to come along but at $60 p/p!! i probably won't be karting....
