With the success of last years presidents run up Putty Road to Wollombi, this year I have opted to try another northern run.

This time around we will head up Wisemans Ferry through Wollombi to Cessnock and do a back down loop through the old Pac. Not a huge day out, about a 5 hour drive or 300kms.

Meeting:
We will meet at out northern location of the Porter scenic lookout at Dural.
Meet at 10.30 for an 11am departure.

This gives ample time for the Central coast crew to leave a little earlier and do the first part of the run themselves, then split off while up there and have an early finish.

Just note we will be going across wisemans ferry, just a warning for those with low hanging bodywork.

We will probably stop near Newcastle for an afternoon tea before heading back to Sydney.

Sorry about the 2 weeks notice but head has been spinning since the 30th anniversary events from both clubs.

I am keen, unfortunately Olivia won't be able to come along as she is on call that weekend but she will hopefully be able to meet up with us once we get back to Newcastle for afternoon tea as long as she does not get called out to a job.

unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it tomorrow.
Problem with water & carpet at home, not the car.  Hopefully will be able to meet for afternoon tea or something.  If you give me the map of which way you will be going after Wollombi, I might be able to meet you on the road.
Have fun.

Was a good run, Joel showed me an example of what a slightly wet, off camber road leading into a hairpin turn can do, and some other clown nearly offered us a live demonstration on how organ donors help the community!!
And Pete's daughter did some decoration in his AW

I was happy to have been able to catch up at Wollombi for lunch & cruise back to Cessnock with most & to Newy with Simon & Nik.  So, not many real twisties with her new shoes, but I did feel more secure on the bendy bits.
