I just thought of another possibility if you had a problem finding staggered wheels and cash is short.
 
With aftermarket wheels you could use the same wheels all round.  16x7 wheels with about 38mm offset should be cheap and easy to find.
To those you could fit 205/45/R16 on the front and 225/50R16 for the rear. That would give you the required stagger, with no clearance problems. 
That could be a good compromise if you have a limited budget. I used to have that same setup and it worked well.
