MRTurbo
Hi guys

I'm running low on engine oil (not in motor :P) and so I'm looking at purchasing another bulk order at some stage. So I was wondering if anyone is interested in grabbing any oil or fluids, to make another order viable? this should include anything else in their range. I wont bang on about how good their consumables are, but I'll just say I've been very happy with how my MR2 performs.
Oils will usually come in 20L 'drums' (good for 4 changes) and smaller items like injector cleaners etc will be 6 or so to a carton. I will have to check on exact quantities.

As a rough guide based on last time I ordered, we should be looking at about 40% off RRP.

Nulon range FYI:

If there is enough interest, I'll put up and/or PM prices and quantities for the requested product(s).

PICKUP ONLY in Adelaide metro area.

I'm due for a change pretty soon, hadn't ever considered buying in bulk though. Definitely interested, could use actual numbers though.

What grade/type of oil do you normally use? Let me know and I'll see if I can get the price for a 20L drum.

I've never actually done an oil change on the MR2 yet, kinda sad I haven't driven it far enough yet.
Its a Gen2 Turbo, quite recently rebuilt, and sees mostly mild street driving. From a quick bit of research, the 10W-30 would probably be what I'd get.

OK then I'll see about the price for the 'Synthetic Fortified' in 20L.

I would be interested in either (15W-40 Modern Everyday Engine Oil), which I have used in the past and would recommend.  I religious change my engine oil every 3,000kms, and have never really ran fortified or full synthetic, but would still be interested if majority go for either (Fortified Synthetic 10W-30 Hi-Tech Fast Flowing Engine oil) or the (Full Synthetic 15W-50 Street and Track Engine Oil).

I use the Full Synthetic 15W-50 Street and Track Engine Oil in my MR2. I recommend the use of fully synthetic oil in any turbo high performance motor like the 3SGTE. Synthetic oils are inherently more thermally stable than petroleum engine oils and wont 'coke' within the hot turbo. They may cost more but I think this is counteracted by longer drain intervals, less oil 'burnoff' and better all round protection. FWIW 3,000 kms is far too frequent to be dumping the oil these days in normal driving.

UPDATE:
PMs with estimated pricing have been sent out.
If you are also interested in any other products in their range, I can get them also, which includes octane boosters, engine treatments, coolants, greases etc. etc. Should be 30 to 50% off RRP.  That being said, I'm keen to grab some octane boosters myself (dyno/track), so if anyone wants to split-up a carton of 12, that'd be great! come on guys :)
